re-loaded known good map, sudden issues

Yesterday i hooked up to my vems box for the first time in months. 
i opened a known good msq,  and burned to ecu.

no unusual errors, but suddenly now every time the ecu sees over 100kpa, i feel a giant stutter.  logs show DC cutting out.  idle/cruise is way rich aswell
What have i done?
I have tried numerous other know good maps, but they all respond the same.

Im currently running MegaTune 2.25 p3 with VEMS v1.0.78
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Your fuel cut is coming in, it must be set to just above 100kpa.
