contacting VEMS HQ

So i have a problem that i want sorting with my vems unit.....that relates to GPS and looks like no-one can answer me using the forum...

So where do i go next, what is the correct procedure for contacting anyone, and who really deals with vems board problems.

I've done the wiki to death.....and this is my only option left, is there any lists of contacts that deal in certain problems/aspects of the VEMS.

Anyone point me where i need to go.

I really like the VEMS unit, but think the proper support is a bit thin on the ground.

I always get a rock solid answer within 2-3 days. Because it's not immediate, be sure to provide all info you think could possibly pertain to your question. The especially wicked thing is that if they don't have a solution to your question, they often put it into the next firmware release :D How awesome is that?

Or am i just supposed to post my problem on the wiki and hope someone reads it?

The wiki can hold all pertinent data, combine that with an email to info at vems.hu which refer to the Wiki page.

Got a reply email today from vems HQ with all thee details i need to hopefully get my problem sorted.
