Hi folks new to this forum and have been reading alot of problems but nothing that can shed light on mine.
I have the Vems AFR - EGT gauge and was working fine, and then last week the AFR starting reading 21.8 all the time no matter how i revved the car.
I ordered a new BOSCH sender from vems and still reads the same 21.8, i then got my mate's car round and tried his sender and yep you guessed it 21.8.
If i unplug the bosch sender then the gauge just reads - - - so its deffinatly seeing somthing, also it dont seem to heat the senders as it used to.
So after all that can i get it looked at and maybe fixed or can i just buy a replacement gauge ONLY as i obviously have all the senders already installed.
Any help is much appriciated THANKS.

Just trying to work out what could be wrong!
When you're using the spare sensors do they heat up correctly?

No none of the bosch senders ive tried get warm so its deffinatly the gauge at fault, think im just going to purchase a new 1 as i have a trackday booked for the 5th march at Donnington park.
Was just looking on vems website and there are 2 avalible so not sure which 1 i need, i think 1 use's a seperate system and just displays the reading and the other (lower on the page) is the gauge i need as it reads the signals and then displays the results.
Also do they do BLUE - BLUE in the gauge as my old unit is RED - RED but my other gauges are blue.

This one: http://shop.vems.hu/catalog/roundwbo2egt-p-101.html
Make sure that you set: EGT sensor and LSU4 WBO2 sensor options to no (unless you want them of course)
I'd suggest you select: display_color blue/green and then once you get into the payment section ask for Blue/Blue in the notes section, they'll respond to this on Monday I'd reckon.  Also it might be an idea mention that its a replacement gauge - and give them the serial number of your current one (check the plugs for the serial number).
The new gauges have a modified analog input which allows a MAP sensor to be added so you can make the unit into a programmable boost controller...

Cheers for your help rob i have just ordered that gauge but kept with RED - RED display, will have to take my old unit out and await for the new 1 to arrive to make sure they are the same.
Mine has a spare connector that looks like a computer monitor plug but its not used.
Can i get my old unit repaired do you think, if i send it to vems may they take alook at it.
Also do you work for vems as your name is rob@vems lol.

The units are not replaceable - they've been engineered to break when dismantled.
I do not work for VEMS, I used to be the the UK support agent, but that's kind of stopped in the past year.
