1.1.82 won't even be released, 1.1.83 is the current development version.. stay tuned.

on the firmware update page says 1.1.83 but the VEmstune web tool gives only 1.1.82

Billman : It doesn't say "Released" next to the version number either. When it does, you'll be able to download it via the web tool.

It is worth mentioning here that the 1.1.80 is not being released.
 
They really should take the download links down, or at least hide them in a different folder
when fw are classified as "not released" (like the entire 1.1.6x series)
