I'd recommend getting the bottle filled and running at the correct pressure.
And then try all the options back to back on the 1/4mile to see what differences it makes.

As for fuel - 0.69 is on the rich side of things, but its on the safe side of things too.
Lets face it a full on drag race engine sits on this side of grenading for the time its at WOT.
