AIM data from SM2?
« on: September 20, 2010, 09:17:57 pm »
sorry if this is a far out question

trying to decipher if the SM2 can output Aim data directly.  I see that you can use an SM2 with an AIM dash, but i'm not sure if that means it interpreting the data on its own

hoping to connect SM2 to a round gauge.

any thoughts?

Autronic ECU.

Not so sure it outputs the AIM protocol.

Using Google search of "autronic SM2 aim" I found this: http://aim-tec.co.uk/downloads/ecu/autronic_ecu.pdf

Thanks I found that too - but I'm not sure that means it outputs Aim.

Guess I'll just try it out and report back
