VEMS hard reset

I'm going to attempt a hard reset but not sure what to do once i've reset.

all the threads I can dig up are pointing at tools\megaloader.exe\upload.hex

i dont have this file or folder and I'm using vemstune and all these threads were posted when megatune was the software of choice.

Still keeping the faith. Sorry for any dumb questions, still getting to grips with the whole firmware software updates carry on.

In VemsTune... doesn't this solve whatever you're trying to do?
 Tools -> Firmware -> Firmware upload
