mistake shorted IGBT channel 7

Now i dont have current on any output driver if switched on in vemstune
(igbt's fet's and lcd or misc channels), shorted without a load after soldring and powerup.
Vems version 3.2 with 1.1.78 firmware

I had time to check the pcb today,
it appears the short is made through the cooling plate
mounted to the chassis.  ???
should be normal i suppose,

There is suposed to be an insulator sheet under all the IGTB/ FET devices for this reason. If you do not have this, it might just be a simple matter of installing some.
