Hello

I'm calibration my new LSU form VW 1.8T and i have:

wbo2_pump_pw_zero=61
wbo2_calibration=80

wbo2_nernstdc_target= A4 (0.44V) to B1 - (0.45V)
In other configurations, I saw more value 8x

On cold engine i,m right values , on warm (engine lambda is <1.3

Thanks for answer.

I was told by VEMS not to touch pump_pw_zer and nernstdc_target, that those are individual to the box and set at the factory. I didn't know that and I used someone else's config to get started and overwrote those, so I had to get them again. Thankfully they save them in the order history and also have them in a database. You should only need to change the calibration value.

It should be 128-135 decimal. That would be 0x80-0x87 if you're looking at the raw config dump.

If this is a fully assembled unit, it should have come with the calibration data already set. You can email whomever you purchased it from with the serial number and get the values.

If it's a "build your own" it's up to you to calibrate it. Something seems wrong there if you have to go that high to get 450mV.
