Please help. Problem with VEMS on Audi AAN

I´ve a problem with my VEMS on AAN engine.
Monday I had changed some parameters- all right. Sometimes there was a short mistake in the 3D VE table, but
engine runs good.
Next day I would only turn the car at the other side of my garage, but engine runs not good.
The LCD showed nothing, the fuel relais was turned on an of like a pwm signal.
I switched the fuel relais manualy, but the ignition was only on 2 or 3 cyl. I think.
I tryed to connect to Laptop, but it doesn´t work, we tryed a new usb-serial adapter, but it did not work.
Then we tryed to reset (connect pin 2 and 3), but nothing changed.
The LCD works now very well- normaly-
but engine runs bad.
What can I do?
