Volvo S40 B4194T
« on: June 10, 2018, 10:20:34 am »
Hi Guys,

Not sure if you all do introductions here but here goes anyway,

ive got a 1998 Volvo S40 T4 with the B4194T engine which has been built with Forged rods and Pistons, Cams from an NA 2lt Volvo, Milletech Stainless equal length exhaust manifold and a Gt3076 Turbo, as well as a bigger front mount, Audi RS/Volvo 850R hybrid clutch.

I have installed my VEMS V3 and its is running pretty good, ive even managed to take it for a quick drive or 2 but i still have allot of work to go before i can really start making some power out of it. Hoping for more than 220KW atw.

Im having some strange issues with my VEMS when i try and use my IAC which i will detail in another post. once i sort my IAC out i can actually get stuck into tuning my tables which im really looking forward too.

Cheer from Sunny Western Australia,

Alex

Hello there!

I am attempting to install a VEMS v3 to my Volvo T4 with a b4194t engine as yours.
How you sorted everything out by now?

Hey, only a few years delayed response but there have been a few S40's on these boards running VEMS (myself included, another user Tcode as well).

That was back in 2008 though!!
