1.8T Custs 1000rpm under revlimit

Hi, I dyno tuned VAG 1.8T engine (410hp @ 1.7bar boost). The problem is that occasionally when I press full throttle, the engine cuts at around 6300rpm (7399 rpm is revlimit). The problem is that I can't find a justifiable reason for something like this to happen in the logs. Spark ignition, boost, AFR is exactly as I set it... Maybe the throttle body could be issue as it's cable one and sometimes cable stuck a bit.
