I got pretty much everything to work on 944 Turbo but struggling with factory in dash boost gauge. It seems to work with switched +12v but stepper output did only resulted the needle pegged and playing with settings either got it fluctuation between min and max or standing still in the middle and not responding toany pressure change.
Connected the pin to P259 ch0 (EC36 pin4) resulted the same thing but then I changed signal to inverted and it sort of started to reflect changes in pressure but obviously way off the scale and needle fluctuation like mad. The settings for this kind of behaviour were something like offsett 46 and multiplier 44.
Any ideas what to try next? Do I have to add some capacitors/resistors etc? Anyone has any working settings for ANY factory boost gauge?
The dash itself looks like this. Factory DME shows absolute pressure, meaning 2 bars on the gauge is actually 1 bar of boost pressure.
