Sensor identification
« on: May 06, 2007, 12:43:38 pm »
Just bought another set of throttle bodies that came with an air box and a couple of useful senders.

The air temp one has a green connector AMP style, the numbers on it are 1350-61B00  12E16 could it be a standard bosch one?

It's also got a MAP pressure sender on the side of it, the throttle bodies each have a small vacum tube that join up and connect to it, I'm currently using carbs at the moment which don't, when I switch to injection is it worth enabling the MAP sensor and having TPS as well?

Cheers

Alex

Its possible that the Air temp sensor is okay, best thing is to try it with the setup you currently have.

As for the MAP... You're running ITBs so you want to use AlphaN otherwise the MAP resolution will not be sufficient.
TPS and IAT is all you need  :)
