Ford ICV 2wire
« on: December 06, 2009, 05:20:47 am »
I was trying to make this work for just about 2hours today and there was NO set of configuration that made this valve even remotely silent.
Diode or not. I tried every concievable frequency, max steps, pid controls and what not.
And it just never wanted to play ball.

What is there to do?

What about the position when cold/warm values?

When I got it relatively quiet and then changed the values to colder temps it went back to being noisy

I tried those along with the other stuff from 5-99 and when the valve actually worked it was noisy.
So if I was able to get it good at say 30-40 to keep idle stable, as soon as I wanted to open it more it become noisy
