Anyone using "Display only Round Gauge"?
« on: November 20, 2009, 07:26:32 pm »
I was using this on the test bench months ago, and it works well.

But, in my car I was having problems - my ecu settings (inj outputs) were being changed!

This could have been caused by temporary power connection (lighter socket) coming loose.

But, I'd like a more reliable solution. Has anyone had this issue?

- I have to check my notes, I can't remember what firmware I was running, somewhere between 1.1.42 and 1.1.53?

I´ve had that happens with one car so far.

Uploaded firmware until it stopped. Took 2 or 3 times .
This was without display only round gauge.

Everytime I burned the new changes and closed the settings window in megatune and opened to double check they had changed and they had , turned the ecu off and started the car, the settings where back to totally wrong.

This could be caused by enabled and badly configured injector staging, h-tables go haywire when trigger event happens

We're talking about the car running the firmware for 7 straight days. Everything is working fine, I made a hundred tuning changes and burns/saves.

Then, on the day I start using the gauge, this problem happens 3 times in a half of a day.
