Car wont fire over on these IGBT's

They seem matched with my old IGBT's I'm getting all sorts of missfiring and sputtering with these in. Did i go wrong here?

No these IGBTs works well with VEMS.
It seems you have another kind of problem. E.g. some problems with power ground. Or some problem with driving voltage on transistor gate. Tou can measure it by inverting outputs in Megatune/Vemstune (with unconnected coils of course). Or some triggering problems. Or some configuration problems. Or some radio surge problems.
