Audi N75 Valve
« on: October 04, 2009, 06:31:41 pm »
Hello!

I was wondering if the Audi N75 valve can be configured via Misc Output to control the boost just via the "on-off" type with the external wastegate??

So,when the pressure is lets say 90kPa the valve should start "blowing" the pressure into the upper nipple on the wastegate (dont let the wastegate to open) and then when the pressure gets to 180kPa valve should switch "blowing" the pressure to the bottom nipple and open the wastegate.

Is this possible with this type Audi N75 valve?

This is the valve i found:

Use a T infront of one of those inputs and you can use it like the webshop solenoid.

And it should be usable with the normal boost control

i dont understand why it needs "normal air" (without pressure)?

Sorry it seemed that valve only had two outputs.

But since it´s 3 outputs then you can use it like the webshop one.

You don´t need to put pressure on top of the wastegate.
The reason to so that is when you are running alot higher above the spring pressure and you need to have pressure on the valve to keep it from opening because of exhaust manifold pressure.

So if that´s what your doing then connect from manifold to bottom of wastegate.
And connect from manifold to valve to top of wastegate, so when you bleed pressure from that line the springs effective pressure is chanced.
